FreeHDxxxHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

Please note that FreeHDxxxHub is a video aggregator and search engine. We do not host any video files on our servers. All content is embedded from third-party websites such as xHamster. We have no control over the content hosted on those external servers.

1. DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content embedded on our website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

2. Takedown Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the link or embed on our site. Since we do not host the files, you are also strongly encouraged to contact the original hosting provider (e.g., xHamster) to have the actual file removed from the internet.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our agent containing the elements required by the DMCA.
